I like what I do and I feel proud and happy when I can help.

Before joining Kalkstein, I completed 3 years of studies at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In 2010 I started working at our Skill Nest, preparing all the training materials as well as liaising with our clients, booking conference venues, preparing training rooms and making sure our consultants get everything they need for each training session. On occasions, when we deliver large scale workshops based on strategic games, I travel with our facilitators, assisting with session logistics. My job offers plenty of independence and I get to decide about the priorities. I also learn a lot in the process of preparing training materials, participating in group projects and attending our workshops. With my independence and flexibility comes responsibility for the final outcome of each project. I enjoy being able to influence the success of our company.

After work I enjoy going to the gym, cycling and going out with my friends. Last year I spent 3 months in Australia and it was a great experience. I plan to go back there in the future.
